Aarvi organics are non-returnable due to hygiene\/health and personal care\/wellness nature of the product.<br \/>2. In case you would want a refund or replacement, please send us an email with the Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner &amp; Outer Packaging and Order number to contact@aarviorganics.com, <br \/>within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 3-5 business days to revert.<br \/>3. Kindly take picture of the damaged\/tampered side of the product or package.<br \/>4. Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. <br \/>We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund\/replacement.<br \/>5. You will be eligible for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if it is the case of:<br \/>a. Package has accessories missing.<br \/>b. Damaged or broken bottles\/pack.<br \/>c. Wrong product delivery.<br \/>d. Expired product delivery.<br \/>6. In case you received a wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable and undamaged in its original packaging. <br \/>Retain the invoice and original manufacturer\u2019s packing for successful pick-up and return.<br \/>7. Returns will not be accepted if:<br \/>a. The product is damaged.<br \/>b. It is without invoice.<br \/>c. It is with tampered order number and price<br \/>d. It is without its original packaging.<br \/>8. Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.<br \/>9. If a pilfered delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of the order delivery.<br \/>10. Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if it falls under any of the scenarios stated below:<br \/>a. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.<br \/>b. Failure to provide snapshots of the Invoice, packet and box (if any).<br \/>11. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange\/Returns Policy. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable. If you are unsure of a product\u2019s suitability, kindly consult an expert.<br \/>Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Aarvi Organics is not responsible for damage after delivery.<br \/>Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.<\/p><p>REFUND &amp; REPLACEMENT POLICY<br \/>We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund\/replacement.<br \/>Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 7 to 10 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated.<br \/>In case of return, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges, in your account (Add the snap of courier bill in the mail).<\/p><p>Returns Due To Non-Availability Of Customer:<br \/>To ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including <br \/>flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Please provide the correct pincode and contact number to ensure swift delivery.<br \/>In the event that product(s) are returned due to the non-availability of a customer, we will cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refunds Policy.<br \/>If you would still like to receive the product(s), we request you to place the order again.<\/p><p>Impairment &amp; Damages<br \/>We take the utmost care and accountability while sending our products to you. <br \/>Your package is screened and goes through an extensive quality check so that we deliver the best to you. <br \/>However, if you have received partial, void or damaged items through your order on our website directly, kindly contact the customer service team within 24 hours of the order delivery. <br \/>Please keep a note of the following:<br \/>1. Do not use the products<br \/>2. Take proper snapshots of the products<br \/>3. Keep the invoice copy with you<br \/>If, however, the order is placed through an online marketplace, please raise the issue to our customer service team. In such a case, Aarvi Organics is not responsible for any damages caused.<br \/>All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.<\/p><p>Change of Packaging<br \/>Packaging, bottles and communications at Aarvi Organics undergo constant innovation and changes without affecting the formulation and efficacy of the product. <br \/>These changes are for seamless user experience and comply with government notifications. <br \/>Presence and placements of symbols or stickers depicting the information regarding the product may vary conforming to government rules and regulations. <br \/>There can be changes in the placement of sticker and symbol, but please be assured that the product is authentic and untampered.<\/p><p>In our product packaging policy, we are slowly moving towards eco-friendly.
